This is the best matx mobo with intel G540, within $100, you get a good intel dual core cpu, motherboard and an HDMI output video card, what more can you expect?
Simply add a 4G ram, 500G HDD and a cheap case with PSU, that's a nice and decent office desktop or HTPC.

pretty much the best you can get for a cheap setup, the only real big problem is the two unusable sata ports. i didnt had any angled sata cables so i dont know if with these they would be okay.
