The LED strip can be cut at every 3rd LED bulb per internal counting from the power source. Should the bulbs have an odd number after you have divided by 3, cut the odd number first,then begin to cut in set of 3.

Ordered for my Corsair 600T white case. Very bright but recommend 2 sets if you're looking for the brightest,bluest light. Light is vibrant cool blue. Perfect match for the Logisys Meteor Dual 12IN Blue LED Light Stick & Logisys CF120BL LED fans. Very flexible,very flat(1/8") & covered in soft clear silicon layer. Strip is marked for cutting at every 3 leds. Bare 2 wire ends are easy to solder/crimp to any 12volt source. Soldered mine to molex plug with on/off switch mounted on PCI bracket. Brightest,most reliable case lighting I've found so far. Will be ordering more for all my future builds!
