zalman have different electric circuit between ve300-b and ve300-se. I buy the SE. I find it miss a model. you can see the image in their ad. in that image, you can find the electric circuit have three black model. but in SE, you find two model only. that is so bad.

Overall, this is a great little device - just drop in a good sized hard drive and you can keep all your ISOs handy. Pretty much invaluable for those in the IT service industry since it saves having to carry around a big wallet full of discs anymore. USB 3 lets you copy stuff to/from the drive as fast as the drive itself supports. The virtual drive pops up instantly when selected from the LCD, and it has worked from boot with the vast majority of systems I've used it on (one Dell laptop being an exception). Installing the drive in the enclosure was a snap - just two screws hold it together.
Overall, highly recommended product.
