I haven't tried any over clocking, but from just my normal use I've had no issues with this ram. The price was great, and so far it has performed without any issues. No issues with load times; would purchase again.

Bought this ram on Boxing Day for $64 after rebate and I haven't had any issues with it. It installed quickly and easily and was detected right away. I'm running Windows 8 on a Core I5 3570k.
Picked up two of these kits on sale for less than some of the other 16GB kits out there. Sure it's not the fastest RAM but when you have 16 or 32GB of it who cares. All 32GB posted with no issue and looks good in my system, no clearance issues with my H100i cooler.

Product Warranty
First 30 days limited warranty through NCIX.com. The remainder of the lifetime warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer.
Corsair's DRAM memory modules all carry a lifetime warranty. The Flash Voyager, Flash ReadOut, TurboFlash, Flash Survivor and Mini Flash products all have a warranty for the expected normal life of the product (10 years). The Flash Padlock has a warranty of 3 years. The HX, TX, and VX Series of Power Supplies have a 5 year warranty, and Liquid Cooling products carry a one year warranty. In general, this means Corsair products are guaranteed to operate, as specified by their datasheet, and in the operating environment for which they were intended, for the life of the product or the extent of the warranty.
