Unmatched Cooling Performance Featuring 4 heat pipes, 30 fins and 2 PWM fans, the Accelero TWIN TURBO optimises airflow to 40 CFM, and achieves up to 120 Watt cooling capacity. Together with memory and voltage regulator cooling, this new VGA cooler gives enthusiasts a very promising result – 26°C lower than the nVIDIA GeForce 9600GT stock cooler. With such phenomenal cooling performance, the Accelero TWIN TURBO also maximizes the overclocking potential and extends the service life of your graphics card.
The Art of Silence Low noise impeller and patented fan holder are installed in the two 80mm PWM fans. This unique design reduces the humming sounds significantly and brings the noise level down to 0.6 sone, compared with 1.3 sone of noise generated from the stock cooler.
Flexible Mounting System The universal design for the Accelero Twin Turbo supports the hottest graphics cards in the market, from nVIDIA GeForce 9600GT to ATI Radeon HD4870, 4850 and many more! It also comes with 2 fan plugs for direct power connection to the VGA card and thus the fans can be controlled by the VGA software.

First aftermarket video card cooler. Was scary to install at first, but well worth it.

I bought this to install on my 8800GT to make it quieter / cooler. It wasn't too hard to install the main heatsink, however the ram/mofset heatsinks were very hard to keep in place. After a few tries I got them to stick though. All things considered, it does its job.

I bought this for my 4890 because it was running too hot. For the price, it was a steal given that I only plan on using 1 GPU. Just remember that during installation on a 4890, do not use any of the nuts that it comes with. Doing so will prevent the base from getting any contact with the gpu chip. Otherwise, this cooler keeps my card at 40 at idle and 60 at load y 70% fan speed. Very good compared to the stock cooler as this cooler is inaudible at this speed.

Put it on my his 4870 to cool it down and shut the hell out of it. It finally got quiet. Really quiet, barely noticeable. Cools well too, no GPU overheating. WARNING FOR THOS WHO PUT IT ON 4870 : google alternatives with the accelero on it.... the VRM heatsinks are not enough, they overheat easily although that gaming is still possible with good airflow.

I bought this to replace the ridiculously loud cooler on my 4870. The noise from the Dual Fan Palit cooler was just insane. I put this one on today and its nearly silent in comparison. My temps still dropped a few degrees but that was never a problem on the stock cooler. I simply needed something that wasn't a jet engine. Idle temp is 47 degrees at %50 fan speed. Load temps are under 70 witch is good for a 4870. That's still with the fan speed at %50 too as I don't bother going any faster. Still at %100 fan speeds this is still quieter than the Palit dual fan cooler at about %20! Needless to say I'm happy with it. I kept the factory VRM HS on the card and didn't bother installing the RAM heatsinks as I'm not overclocking. I hear some complaints with the Memory and VRM heatsinks but as others said if you clean the surface before installing them I'm sure they are fine.

My EVGA 9800GT was shutting down every few days due to overheating. I installed EVGA Precision to manage the card's heat, and found it was going to 79C just surfing the web! I was afraid to run any games at that point. Ambient temperatures were around 25-30C at that time.

I would highly recommend this cooler, it has dropped my 4850 from 45 degrees to approximately 37~ on idle. On load it won't even hit 45. Also I was able to OC approximately 20% more on the core clock. Very good cooler overall.

Dropped temps from 61C idle and 74C running FAH, both with 85% fan speed, to 42C and 53C at 40% fan. Nowhere near as loud as the stock, just a gentle whoosh of air now. Running this in an Antec 1200 with every fan on low, now I have to figure which is the noisiest fan, was no contest before with the stock fan.

I bought a factory overclocked 4870 from ASUS.For some reason they felt having no cooling on the memory chips was a really good idea.I should have RMA'd it but went with a after market cooler instead. The Artic twin turbo Idles my card at 38c and the highest I have seen any of temps go is 62c down from an Idle of 50c and a high of 72c(the card would crash at this point).
