the best single card in the market. Bought it on Saturday sale while it was 499. Hope this card can last me a while before DX11 card release. Upgraded from 8800GTS g92 to this one, the picture quality is better, and of couses games run smoother. I hope the price will not drop a lot on boxing day. =D

Use this and a 32" Sharp 1080p HDTV as my monitor. The card might be overkill for a lowly 1920x1080 resolution, and at this res it handles everything thrown at it with ease.

This card rocks so far playing everything on max settings on a 24in benq lcd 1920x1200 with aa maxed smooth as silk added ek nickel block to the card and temps are 30c idle 40c loaded. absolutely no problems. There is a way of enabling both gpus in xp just got to google for a solution

Right off the bat I had some issues getting the card started, the manual said you can run it off of 2 6 pin connectors, but mine required the 8 pin also before it would boot... after that, CCC often crashes. However, gameplay is smooth and looks good... pretty fast card.

I have to say that this cards is well beyond what I expected. So far I have run everything at 2560x1600 on my Smasung 305T without a single hiccup. The card has no equal at this time without a doubt. To be truthfull the stock fan is quite loud but it's a comprimise I am willing to live with. I also had a problem with the ATI reference driver the first time around but a quick Google search got me going in no time. I'd purchase again for sure.

I'm one proud pappa! I had a pair of 4870's in xfire and decided to upgrade to save some space and clutter in my case...not to mention braggin' rights to 2 Gig's of GDDR5! This thing looks like Darth Vadar's pissed off illegitimate son! Real Bad A$$!! Handles everything I throw at it without a hiccup and runs much quieter than my pair of 4870's did. The GPU temps are showing an improvement over the single 4870's I had too! Just a warning to those thinking about this card...make sure your PSU can handle it (I got a HX1000 so I'm covered...but I'm sure that's just overkill) and that you have a robust and fast CPU to feed this monster. Best darn graphics card purchase I've ever made! I love this puppy and am glad ATI are finally back in the game!

Overall one of the most satisfying video purchases for me since the 9700pro. Very fast at 1920x1200, even in supposedly gpu destroying games like stalker clear sky (which just needs a couple minor tweaks to run 100% better in dx10 mode even at 1920x1200 on this card.) Got this on a sale for almost 100 bucks off, currently on yet another ncix sale and a very good purchase. Just have a good power supply to feed it. I went over the top with a 1000w but an 800 should even suffice.
