Sleek and small size works for sketching and overall fun
none.
There was some driver issues with pen pressure sensitivity from the disc that came in the box, but downloading the driver from the website fixed that problem right away. Other than that this is a nice entry tablet to start with, especially when on sale for about $50~.

-Easy to use -Plugged it in and Windows found the proper drivers right away -Allows you to do fine drawing on the computer -Cheap especially on sale
-The pen surface is a little small, but I got used to it pretty quickly
This is my first graphics tablet so I don't have any frame of reference but it works as I would expect it. I plugged it in and it worked right away. Took a little while to get used to the controls. It looks really slick. I've had quite a bit of fun drawing with it so far. Really look forward to using it more and more. I'm going to have to get one for my younger brother since he likes to draw and I think this would be right up his alley.

Intuitive, good support, comes with backup tips
tiny learning curve and sometimes tought to hit the buttons
Great peripheral at this price. I used it now more than a trackball that I used to use exclusively. Great for everything including internet surfing, video editing, and building documents, excel charts. Fantastic for visual programs like Photoshop or After Effects. Just give it a bit of time to get used to it. Maybe pick up one of those formed finger grips that are generally for pencils.

Works just like a pen should Portable
Small write area
I just started having an interest in drawing and I love this tablet. However, after a while of use I really feel like I should have saved for a bigger size.

The price was great, for 54$ it was basically a steal compared to the normal price. It does what it's supposed to do and I'm satisfied with it. It's a great gift for someone who likes to draw a lot.

Sensitive pressure levels Compact
Mouse mode is too fast. Slowing down the mouse properties makes a regular mouse (and Trackpoint) unusable) Pen mode is really difficult to use on a HD display No eraser
I got this as I am developing an interest in anime and manga. Drawing art makes one develop it more. However this table does not provide a really smooth writing.
All the features that illustrated in the tutorial(800x600 but really hard to see on a 15" 1920x1200) a cryptically part of Windows. I however have failed to use the tablet with Word or "Journal".
I would look into other options a) size, b) features like eraser, buttons, and maybe touch.

As far as I know, this is one of your only options - not many companies are as competitive as Wacom when it comes to tablets. I'm happy with it.

Excellent recognition, works like a charm in OneNote for note-taking: especially for taking notes with equations in them. Pen holding strap is a nice touch. Doesn't move on any surface, even if you only have 3 corners on the desk.
There is a white light to the left of the writing surface which brightens when you put pen to "paper" -which is distracting in dim surroundings when writing.
This tablet + Windows 7 and Office 2010 + 2 days of use = Very worth it.
USB cord is plenty long (for laptop use, anyways). There is no pen-like "erase" function, but the 2 side buttons make up for that. The non-writing surface scratches easily, and the glossy part around the writing surface attracts fingerprints and smudges, for example, where your wrist just was while writing on the tablet. The writing surface, on the other hand, hasn't scratched. The writing surface texture is about the same texture as writing on smooth, glossy paper. The pen doesn't need batteries, is easy to hold, and comes with 3 extra tips and a removal tool.
It would be 5-star perfect if there was a way to turn the white light off, or if it didn't exist on the tablet at all.

Small, responsive, nice bundled software.

None found so far.

This is a very solid tablet, works well for what I use it for, bundled software is useful, overall great for its low price. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a cheap tablet for light graphics work.

Works as advertised, Nice design, price is great
not that great for sketching or detailed painting but that's a given
bought this for a portable sketching solution on my laptop when I'm on the go. Far more portable than the popular intuos but lacks the responsiveness and size. Good when on the go.

Makes writing notes and letters a breeze.

Bought this to make it somewhat easier to take notes and write out long letters. So far this has been a great investment that I'm very happy I bought. rather then spending a lot of time typing out notes, letters or essays I am now able to write them out freehand a lot faster.

Thin, really easy to carry with, plug and play, if you do not have a optical drive you can dowload the driver on Wacom's website
cannot install Corel that came with the tablet without an optical drive (not downloadable)
Bought it at first simply to take notes in class on OneNote. Really nice, come with some pretty nice features and you don't have to carry a mouse with you anymore.

- Good tracking - Can jump to any point on the screen - Plugs into USB
- No pen holder (just a little strap to attach the pen to)
Bought this for my Dad this Christmas and he's been loving it! Had an old Wacom from 10+ years ago that wouldn't plug into the new PS/2 port. This made his work a lot easier again.

Great price Very sensitive Intuitive interface Doesn't move when placed on desk (rubber feet) Feels like paper, and no batteries in pen.
At first it is hard to remember which side is "up" Small writing area, (get what you pay for i guess)
It sometimes acts like a trackpad when you are using it as a mouse, you sort of sweep to move the pointer across the screen.
It does take some getting used to, but as I have already used a tablet/writing pad it wasn't so bad.
Over all not bad, would recommend to people if you like to draw on a computer or otherwise.
