-We can give limitless flexibility to our customers. Special instructions and hard-to-get hardware are no problem for us. Other system builders may only have the option of one memory brand or one video card brand, or they may allow you to special order something else, but we have an enormous variety of products in stock and ready for your system.
-We provide a Windows disc for your chosen operating system and a certificate of authenticity. No recovery CDs. That means you get all the discs that came with your hardware, which makes slipstreaming Windows updates & installing the latest drivers much simpler in the event of a reformat.
-We only install what you order from us. We don't tack on any extra resource-hogging programs to subsidize our builds. We install your OS, any office applications, and system drivers. Your new machine will be ready out of the box and will not require any programs to be uninstalled.
-Besides our 1 year system warranty, we will ship all retail boxes, packaging and accessories with your new computer so that if you need to RMA a product directly to the manufacturer AFTER our warranty period, you will have everything you need. Some components (some hard drives, memory, some video cards) will come with 2-4 years of additional warranty service directly from the manufacturer.
-Our system experts will carefully assemble your PC, then test to ensure that no parts were DOA (dead on arrival) before shipping to you. This can save you hours of frustrating troubleshooting and costly RMA shipping back and forth. Let us make sure everything works before shipping to you.
*Please note that this assembly option only includes the installation of water cooling systems that are pre-sealed and maintenance-free, such as those from CoolIT Systems or Asetek. Also note that aftermarket VGA and chipset coolers will not be installed due to warranty concerns.
Your NCIX PC comes with a one (1) year, non-transferable limited warranty from the date on your invoice. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your NCIX PC system.
What is covered by this Limited Warranty?
Any defect in the third party components of your NCIX PC system (any complete computer system assembled at the time of purchase by Netlink Computer Inc. hereafter referred to as "NCIX.com") that are included in your initial purchase of the system. A defect in workmanship is defined as the improper installation or configuration of components by NCIX.com.
NCIX.com will either repair or replace (at NCIX.com’s sole discretion) defects in workmanship and materials in your NCIX PC system which arise during the warranty period. If applicable, NCIX.com will repair or replace the defective hardware or component with new or equivalent parts.
An “equivalent” parts is defined as a component that functions in a comparable manner to the original parts as of the date of purchase, and does not imply or suggest that a component may be replaced with a superior component. Every effort will be made by NCIX.com to find a replacement component that matches the performance level of the original component if that exact component is no longer available. However, a “top-of-the-line” component at the time of purchase will not necessarily be replaced with a “top-of-the-line” component when a warranty claim is submitted.
Where defective hardware has been replaced, the removed defective component becomes the property of NCIX.com. Should your NCIX PC system require servicing under the terms of this Warranty, the hardware repair or parts replacement will not extend the term of this Warranty.
NCIX.com will not be responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure nor any costs relating to that loss. NCIX recommends regular back-ups to avoid data loss.
What is not included under this Limited Warranty?
a) Any defect or damage caused in whole or in part by improper use, abuse, improper handling/installation, maintenance/repair performed by any person other than an NCIX.com service technician. This does not apply to "DIY Servicing" that was carried out by the customer as per instructions from NCIX.com. b) Damage caused by improper maintenance or lack of maintenance such as neglecting to maintain cooling systems or failures caused by dust and dirt. c) A system that has undergone overclocking will not be covered under this Limited Warranty. Physical damage, lack of performance, loss of data, and collateral damage resulting to the system as a result of overclocking is not covered under this Limited Warranty. d) The replacement of parts caused by normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to paint/other finishes, fans, lighting, and watercooling liquid. e) Any defect or damage to your NCIX PC system attributable to unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, and damage caused by power surge, or connection to an improper power source. f) Any damage caused by natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or terrorism.
NCIX PC’s as described in this Limited Warranty are integrated by NCIX.com. The respective components of the NCIX PC may possess their own warranties and certifications. Warranties on individual components may extend beyond the length of this Limited Warranty. Please ask your Sales Representative for more details.
Be advised that your computer may be reformatted in order to restore your system to its original performance. NCIX.com will not be responsible for any loss of data while your computer is serviced under this Limited Warranty. Please back up all data prior to the Warranty service. NCIX.com will not be responsible for any confiden- tial, proprietary and personal information stored on your computer. Please remove all such information prior to the Warranty service.
Third Party Software and Peripherals Products
This NCIX PC system one limited year warranty does not extend to software and peripherals (including monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, printers, scanners, cameras, webcams, mouse pads, projectors, headphones, headsets) as these are covered by NCIX.com's standard warranty policy.
System Software Discs
NCIX.com guarantees the software discs included with your system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date you receive them. This limited warranty is void if any disc damage has resulted from improper use or modification.
NCIX.com does not warrant that the functionality of the software will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be error-free. If your software selection was assisted by an NCIX.com representative, the recommendations made to you do not affect this limited warranty. You assume responsibility for selecting appropriate software to achieve your intended results.
Technical support will determine if it is necessary to ship the system to us by following our troubleshooting procedures. It is possible that even in the case of defective hardware that it will not be necessary to ship the system back to us for repairs. NCIX.com may, at its sole discretion, choose instead to issue an RMA for a new or refurbished customer-installable replacement product or parts to enable you to service or exchange your own product ("DIY Servicing").
When we determine that your system needs to be returned to us, we will issue an RMA number which you can use to track the status of your repair. NCIX.com is not responsible for shipments that arrive without an RMA number clearly labelled on the box. You must return the system to us in its original or equivalent packaging, under prepaid shipping terms (unless otherwise authorized by an NCIX.com program or representative), and fully insure the shipment or accept the full risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. NCIX.com will pay to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you if you use an address within Canada. Otherwise, NCIX.com will ship the product to you using collect freight.
Extent of NCIX.com’s Liability Under this Limited Warranty
NCIX.com shall be allowed a reasonable length of time to repair or replace or otherwise correct defective hardware once NCIX.com has been notified of a Warranty related problem and the system or component is in NCIX.com’s possession.
In the event that NCIX.com is not able to resolve the problem, NCIX.com’s liability is limited to the replacement hardware or, at NCIX.com’s sole discretion, a refund of the original purchase price.
NCIX.com will not be liable beyond the remedies provided for in this Limited Warrantyor for any direct, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including without limitation, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of data, damage to or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused. NCIX.com may not be able to repair any product under this Limited Warranty or make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data. NCIX.com will not be liable for any costs incurred or compensation for loss of usage while the system or component is in NCIX.com's possession. In no event shall NCIX.com’s liability exceed the purchase price of the system or product(s).
During the one year system limited warranty there is no limit to the number of times we will service your computer system as covered by our warranty terms, but due to the highly-custom and built-to-order nature of NCIX PC systems, we are unable to accept returns for refund on our complete computer systems.
Individual components from within the computer system may be exchanged or returned for credit or refund less shipping and any applicable restocking fees as per NCIX.com's standard return policy on that particular item. This Limited Warranty Policy is subject to change by NCIX Netlink Computer Inc. at anytime without notice. All changes will not be retroactive, and will apply to new purchases only.

Wow, I can't thank NCIX enough for this; $50 for putting my rig together for me, you can't beat that! Everything was well done, cables were tucked away nicely and tied up. I was particularly worried about having to setup up my liquid cooling heatsink and everything arrived well installed with no hassle whatsoever for me! Thanks again, NCIX will be building my rigs for me from now on!
I ordered a computer during the boxing week sales of Christmas 2012. The actual order date was Jan 2, 2013. I paid NCIX to assemble and test the computer by adding this service to my shopping cart. The package didn't get delivered until January 25 (over 3 weeks) at which time I discovered that there was a major hardware problem that NCIX didn't pick-up. The computer wouldn't work and I spent the next 2 weeks troubleshooting with NCIX via email until they finally gave me authorization to return the system for replacement. It's now March 22 (over 5 weeks since they received the RMA) and I still do not have the computer returned. My last inquiry into the status of the computer was two days ago and I have not heard back from them.
This company is extremely slow at processing and testing hardware. They rarely ever communicate the status of their repairs/testing with me. I always have to ask them what the status is. Weeks go by and I don't hear anything.
Id recommend this to anyone who wants custom parts but does not want to do the assembly by themselves. For people who can build a computer already, its not really for them but if they do want that 1 year warranty (ncix will solve everything out for you), its nevertheless a great buy
it took about 2 weeks for me to get the system after ordering. if u can build the system yourself , it can take only a few hours. ncix does offer 1 year warranty but i dont know if its necessary since the parts themselves have a warranty when u buy them. for sure it might help finding a defective part before they ship it but what if they dont find it defective and that u get it defective anyway and get problems anyway? when i got the box , one of the installation cd was broken and they told me they dont have replacement but i paid for insurance express rma shipping fully insured and 1 year warranty so i dont understand why they dont replace it. i had to do windows updates and download files from microsoft and also other files to make my installation complete. It works, but Would NOT Purchase Again.

For somebody who just wants a pc and doesnt want to build it by themself this is a great option. For its price $50 i feel that it was worth it. Plus there is a warranty on the build so if you have any problems youll be covered
For $50, this can seem a little steep. However, I still recommend this even to people who know how to build a computer from the ground up. At first I was worried about cable management but it turned out to be great. Everything was as neat as could be, and any unused parts were shipped in its original packaging along with the PC itself.
Everything was organized well and since I had a modular power supply they only used as many cables as needed. They even used zip ties in some spots. I also got an OS at time of purchase and when I got it I did not have to do anything but turn it on and update it.
