My criticism is not about the product itself but about the OS integration. I don't think that Windows 8 does enough to make this touch pad work as flawless as say Apple's trackpad integration.
This T650 is used in a business environment for people requiring an alternative to a traditional computer mouse (carpal tunnel type issues, etc). The touchpad does support gestures using Logitech Setpoint driver 6.51 (which does not come with the retail box) for Windows XP Professional, 32-bit . It was not used with any other operating system.
