I really like the performance from this thing, can overclock quite easily, does anything I throw at it.
However, the fan is VERY loud, and somehow still very inadequate at cooling the processor. It gets quite hot quite fast without overclocking at all, but this is largely a problem with my current case fans. Im doing a huge upgrade in the next couple of days to water cooling and new case fans, plus a new side case fan where there currently isnt one.

I'm satisfied with my purchase of this processor. I use it in a bitcoin mining rig. The CPU itself is busy hashing away for litecoins using XOP optimizations for a decent performance boost.
Managed to OC to 4.5 on all cores(CM 212 evo + Gigabyte 990FX UD3) i got this to replace my ageing fx8150! got under liquid cooling! i will push it harder after it bracks in!!

Love this processor its fast and doesn't overheat if you are not over clocking. I don't like the heatsink that come with them always buy a aftermarket one for best results.

bought this as a drop in replacement for a 1090t I've had for more than 2 years. Due to lack luster performance, I skipped Bulldozer. Vishera seems to be a much better core, and a sizeable upgrade for the money. CPU is fairly quiet, and runs below 50C at full load.
This CPU is fantastic! I'm using a water cooler by Corsair and have overclocked this CPU to 5.2 with no trouble (Stable) I've read other getting it higher but thats the max I can get so far, but 8 cores at 5.2 is great. I'm super happy with this CPU and the cost is a no brainer when comparing it to Intel products.
