Good for multitasking, system doesnt hang, always jumpy and resumes quickly from shutdown or sleep. I think the CPU may have set my ram speed back but cannot prove such.

used this as my first built to replace a 7 year old Pentium desktop running Windows XP. working flawlessly and the stock fan is easy to install. the fan runs very quiet and keeps the processor cool all time. this little thing runs beautifully with Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

Using this CPU for a family friend in a "home office" PC. It's very fast when paired with an SSD, feels just as fast as my 3770K for basic tasks. Included HD4000 are pretty decent for an iGPU. Runs very cool and quiet, I couldn't be happier with the i3-3225.

Very Fast processor for the price ! And it's the same socket as I7 processor (lga1155) so it made it easier for upgrading in the future without changing the motherboard. I Ordered two of them and the system flies ! Run Windows 7 64 bits perfectly and most of decent games (at low settings). Good for those who want to build a cheap pc to surf the web and play various games (400$ for a build)

I used this CPU for a semi-budget build, and I have to say: paired with an SSD, this system flies. Feels almost as fast as my main desktop with an i5 3570k! For the price, you can't go wrong with this one...plus, it uses very little power and creates very little heat.
