Picked this up with a Phenom II x4 965 to replace my brothers old AM2 system and its a major improvement. Runs right out of the box as it came with updated bios already installed.

Decided to finally upgrade my home theater PC's motherboard because it had an old AHCI controller, it was an AM2+ board using DDR2 and obviously had no UEFI or EFI. I bought an SSD and used it with two storage drives and my boot times were actually slower because the AHCI controller took forever to detect the drives. Even though this board doesn't have UEFI, it still boots fairly quickly and MUCH faster than my old board.
I bought this as i had an extra AMD Athlon x4 620, 4 ddr3 ram, 1TB hdd from upgrading an existing PC, figure might as well make a HTPC. This was the only mATX board i found that had 4 ddr3 dimm slots and was cheap enough for everything i needed it to be. Having USB3 is great too as i have an external USB3 1TB hdd for movies. Have not had an issue with this board, would buy again.

Got this in a very nicely priced bundle with an FX-4100 processor. Chose it because of price and the fact that it had a USB3 header that I could connect to the ports on the front of my case. Perfect for a budget system.

I planned on using this motherboard with my Phenom II X4 965 BE cpu, but I neglected to check the cpu support list first. This cpu is not supported so I bought an FX-6100 six core CPU for it. I mainly bought this board so I could upgrade to USB 3.0 and this particular board had the front header for it, which I needed to use the front USB 3.0 ports on my Antec Solo II case for use with my Corsair Voyager 3.0 flash drive. Everything is working great and the FX-6100 cpu oc'd to 3.8 GHz gets the same WEI score of 7.4 as my Phenom II which was oc'd to 3.9 GHZ, so I am a happy camper.
