NCIX.com warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for OEM packages, and for thirty (30) days for RETAIL packages, from the original Invoice date unless otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. Defective returns and warranty service will be replaced, exchanged or repaired at NCIX.com's sole discretion, and based on vendor's policy.

NON-DEFECTIVE merchandise returns may be accepted on some items ONLY within 15 days of the Invoice date, at NCIX.com's discretion. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media, digital cameras (and accessories), opened software, printers, printer supplies, paper, projectors (and accessories), appliances, handhelds, PDAs, notebook computers, special order computers and special order items.

Defective software, video games or DVDs will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software, video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion of NCIX.com.

First 30 days limited warranty through NCIX.com. The remainder of the lifetime warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer.

All Patriot Memory DRAM modules are offered with a limited lifetime warranty.
All Patriot Memory Extreme Performance Secure Digital (SD) offer a limited lifetime warranty. 
All Patriot Memory Extreme Performance USB Flash products are offered with a two (2) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory "Express" USB and "mini II" USB products are offered with a two (2) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory Signature SD, SDHC, and Compact Flash products are offered with a five (5) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory Signature USB flash drives are offered with a two (2) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD 100GB and 200GB "Inferno" Solid State Drives are offered with a five (5) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD 60GB, 120GB and 240GB "Inferno" Solid State Drives are offered with a three (3) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD "TORQX" and "TORQX m28" Solid State Drives are offered with a ten (10) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD "WARP", "WARP v2", and "WARP v3" Solid State Drives are offered with a two(2) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD "Zephyr" and "PS-100" Solid State Drives are offered with a three (3) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory SSD "Lite" Solid State Drives are offered with a one (1) year warranty. 
All Patriot Memory "Vortex" cooling products are offered with a three (3) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory "CORZA", "GEARBOX", "VALKYRIE", "CONVOY", and "CONVOY XL" products are offered with a two (2) year warranty.
All Patriot Memory "BOX OFFICE" products are offered with a two (2) year warranty.

**Note: Effective January 31, 2011, Patriot Memory will be adjusting the warranty period from 5-years to 2-years and from lifetime to 5-years on selected USB flash drives. Patriot Memory believes that the new warranty period better reflects current industry standards. Patriot Memory's AES security enabled Bolt USB flash drive has a 5-year warranty period will not be affected by this change.

USB flash drives affected by this change include:

- Xporter Boost
- Xporter Dash
- Xporter mini
- Xporter

Drives purchased prior to January 31, 2011 will still carry lifetime or 5-year warranties.
