I purchased this to replace my beloved NZXT Sentry 2, which decided it would fail on me last week. Decided to give this fan controller a try after reading decent reviews. It's essentially a Sentry 2 with higher quality components that actually supplies proper voltage to the fans, unlike the Sentry 2. I didn't bother using the USB feature as I don't need it. The one thing that disappointed me the most about the Recon is its terrible display viewing angles. You literally need to be facing the display to see things properly. Also, why it takes around 15 seconds for fan rpm settings to apply is beyond me. Overall, a decent fan controller with a few little issues that need to be ironed out.

This is a great fan controller. The touch panel works nicely. I don't have it hooked up to my usb header so I haven't been able to try its online functionality but I personally don't see a reason for that. None the less still a great fan controller on its own.

Got this for my white Prodigy build. At first I thought the black wouldn't go well with the case but it actually does. Compliments the black edge of the front panel nicely.
