Got this with my new 3570k build. The board gave me no problems so far. I don't really like the new bios UI, and OCing blind didn't really work. So I just set the mode to OC genie since 4.2GHZ is fine for me.

This was my first MSI MB, and my last. The board was DOA on arrival. NCIX verified this when the board was returned. This indicates poor quality control on MSI's part. And due to the shipping costs both ways, this experience completely negates any savings associated with internet orders. Would have been better off buying this board at a local computer shop.
I have setup this motherboard with a Xeon E3-1230v2 and I had no issue. So it looks like the BIOS support Ivybridge processor out of the box. I have also installed 32gb of ram and it was detected without any issue.
