High Performance Thermal Grease
High performance super thermal grease ZM-STG2M maximizes heat transfer from the CPU to the base of CNPS8900 Quiet for intensified cooling performance.
Zalman affixes a Computer Noise Prevention System (CNPS) mark to all components used for noiseless computers.
Avoid inserting objects or hands into the fan while it is in operation to prevent product damage and injuries.
Do not ingest the Thermal Grease, and avoid its contact with skin and eyes. If contact is made with skin, wash off with water. If ingested or irritation persists, seek medical attention.
To prevent possible injuries, gloves must be worn while handling this product.
Excessive force exerted on the fan may cause damage to the fan and/or system.
Use and keep product away from reach of children and pets.

Relatively low profile compared to many other HSFs, but so low that it can block RAM DIMMs if slots are too close. RAM without heatsinks will fit (i.e. plain PCB + memory chips), but anything with a passive heatsink will probably not fit next to it. Luckily I only bought two DIMMs so I could use my other two slots.
