It performs like a Sharm ,either on 2D or 3D , the customer should also know that there is a display overdrive function that will make it look like a real 2ms , the 3D on movies is excellent and people can join watching on the sides without noticing too much Glairs , however playing games in 3D is a single watcher experience , and the software that comes with it is amazing , helping you to convert a wide range of more than 700 famous games in 3D.
Please note that games that has stereoscopic 3D option os side by side or lines interlaced can be used by changing the screed 3D mode without using the Tridef software .

As I bought this $350 monitor, I intended to use it primarily for gaming. I buy a 3D monitor recommended by AMD to work with my brand new xfx 7950 Double D expecting to experience battlefield in all its splendor! instead I find that It requires 3rd party software to play games, the software (thankfully) supports BF3... until I try playing it and now am faced with all sorts of glitches and bugs and inconsistency.
If you want to spend this much money on a monitor for 2d, go bigger, if you want 3D.... you don't want this 3D...
