Recently we have only been paying attention to professional rack-mounted SMB storages with function of mounting multiple discs. However, today we decided to make an exception and review a double-disk NAS D-Link DNS-325.
D-Link's ShareCenter 2-Bay Network Storage NAS has average performance, poor third-party apps, and a hefty price tag. However, thanks to a stunning interface and hiccup-free testing, it's a decent consumer NAS option.

The device works pretty well however it does have problems with older drives otherwise it works very well however the faceplate is cheap and it basically a sticker/plastic

There are fancier NAS enclosures around, but for the money, it's hard to beat the D-Link DNS line. In my rough tests, the DNS-325 came up about 2-3 times faster than the previous DNS-323, mainly courtesy of its faster processor. Drives from the DNS-323 popped right in and worked. I'm still waiting for the new firmware that will add support for 3TB drives, but it's already available in beta form (Oct. 2011), so I'm not worried. The best thing about the DNS line is its solid reliability. My DNS-323 outlasted several fancier servers, and the DNS-325 looks even better. A great way to add storage without breaking the bank.

For sure must have! Easy to use, supports large hard drives and has another useful features which I don't use for now. Maybe later. All my pc's at home are able to get shared files from one place.

Excellent value and a very good replacement for my USB drive plugged into my router's USB port. Cheap in every sense of the word. Word like a charm, took 30 minutes to set up and everything. Annoying seeing how cannot access one drive while the other one is being formatted - in Standard mode. Didn't try any of the "apps". I can reliably see it as a mapped drive and it is fine for now. No fancy features at this price.

Got rid of my pc so i needed something to hold my files outside my laptop. This does the job very well. Can share my files on the network. Even has a media streaming server. So i paired on my ps3 and it works like a charm. Can get a little noisy but i'm not sure if it's because of my hdds.
