This printer has great features with fast startup and scanning capabilities. The scan to email, and to a server is great. With the ability to save as pdf. Jpg and tiff format. Emailing is also quick and a feature that's will implemented in this printer. I've only had the printer for about a week or so can't comment how it would last.

Overall, for the price you pay, this printer is a great deal (while on sale). Some of the printer errors were hard to figure out without google but overall, I have not had too many problems with it. I love the ADF but when scanning a document that has printing on both sides, the scanned document has weird vertical lines and has an imprint of the side that was not scanned. I don't know if this is a common issue with all scanners. Installation took about an hour but if you followed their step to step guide, you shouldn't have any problems. I still haven't figured out how to scan to a specific computer on my network but this not too big of a concern to me.

Defective software, video games or DVDs
