Primarily aimed at MMO gamers, thanks to thirteen configurable buttons, multiple profiles, and a comfort level that welcomes long gaming sessions, the G700 stands to compete against the likes of the Razer Naga and SteelSeries WoW mice.
It’s been fun watching Logitech’s mice evolve over the last decade. There’s a clear line of succession, with each new model building upon the last. The G700 follows that tradition with the form factor found in the Performance line combined with the G Series gaming oriented features. It’s about the b
The new G700 is the latest offering to Logitech's G-series line of gaming peripherals that are intended for gamers who require a multitude of buttons, in depth programming options, and high performance technical specifications not usually found in a wireless mouse. It is optimized for MMO gaming
The company's reputation is strong for a reason, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that Logitech's created a mouse and headset that leapfrog -- rather than just catch up to -- what competitors have offered. See what we mean in our review after the break.

i was looking for a hardcore gaming mouse, and like many, i went to Logitech. the G Series mouse is really nice. Feel good in hand. The only problem, the battery, s 1000Mhz, can't event do 8 hours play. otherwise, nothing to say
Fantastic mouse, absolutely no complaints. Buttons are perfectly positioned, mouse is very ergonomical and fits perfectly in my hand. Scroll wheel dual function is a great option, awesome esthetics, 2-3 days of battery life and Logitech's programming software is top-notch. Very happy with this mouse.
I have owned most of the high-end wireless Logitech mice in my lifetime and after the rechargeable batteries in my G7 and MX Revolution gave up, I decided to give the G700 a shot. Initially, my opinion was positive, but the more I tested the G700, the more the warts started to show. It's still a very good gaming mouse, but it has two main flaws that make it almost unusable for me.
I got this on sale for $60 which was a great deal. The wireless has no delay at all and the programmable buttons work great. My only issue is the battery life, I usually have to recharge it once every day or two.
When I first got this mouse i thought spending $80+ for a mouse was insane but after impulsively buying this mouse I can say it is by far one of the most worthwhile investments for a PC gamer you can get!
Background: Logitech has always had a great track record of making quality mice. Since the mx500 which I used years ago, I've been a fan of Logi mice. They were the first ones to blend L/R click buttons into the mouse body and every mouse on the market today does that.
It took a bit of tweaking, but now that I figured out how to get the sensor tracking normally, it's working wonderfully.
Sensor is dead accurate - but not out of the box. And certainly not in wireless mode. I bought this as a gaming mouse, and wireless - despite having come a long way, just doesn't feel right. During first use, I was extremely disappointed with the extreme amount of angle snapping going on. This is something I definitely was not used to, coming from the Razer Deathhadder. Not only was there angle snapping but if I tried to go upwards, the cursor would lean slightly towards the left. Yikes. I really wanted to find a fix for the problem because I was really loving the shape and feel of the mouse.
