The activity lights for the raid array are not working, in fact none of the activity lights are, even if directly connected to the motherboard. Norco support took over a week to get back to me and by the type of questions he's asking it look like he wants to pass the buck to either the RAID card manufacturer or the power supply maker.
I bought three of these cases and wouldn't buy them again. NCIX was great through the purchase process.

If you're not going to jam a rack full of these, and other Norco chassis you can't really buy better for the price you pay. Sure, it has it's flaws, but compared to a $1100 SuperMicro chassis, I find the flaws to be a fair compromise.

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
