MSI have taken this core design and turned it on its head, offering not only a card which has a better cooler, faster clocks and lower noise levels, but one which manually overclocks to levels we previously thought impossible.
(from review) - The MSI N460GTX Cyclone graphics card comes factory overclocked and has tons more headroom left in it that can be easily unlocked with the MSI AfterBurner overclocking software utility.

I didn't tough with this card and my i7 2600k I could run all the existing game at the moment with max settings. Didn't even overclock and all my game are running at least at 40-50 FPS (I mainly play First person shooter game )

This is a great card, I picked it up after my EVGA card died on me and I needed a replacement right away. It was on sale so I jumped at it quick, and I'm glad I did. The overclocking capability on this card is great -- you can push it quite far if that's your sort of thing. I've been gaming for over 6 hours now and it's only a little warm to the touch.
Awesome card. However I still feel the price is a bit high (even thought I got mine for $180). Cyclone is a really good cooling design so if this card goes on sale don't hesitate to pull the trigger.
