Great little unit. Easy setup, pulls in strong signal. Easy to move around with adjustable antenna for fine tuning. When my nephew required a usb antenna I ordered him the same one I've been using for a year or so.

Had to move the wireless router upstairs. The Asus N USB adapter on my PC could not connect. Purchased an expensive D-Link USB adapter along with USB extension cable to get the device above the desk. Still could not connect. Purchased this Engenius adapter: 5 Bars, 150mbps. Very impressed.

Great product! I regularly use a laptop in my room where before I started using this I received only two bars. With this, I consistently receive 4 bars and usually 5. I'm overall very pleased with this product.

The adapter I received has a slightly longer antenna than the one pictured above
EnGenius rates the external antenna as having a gain of 5dbi, and with high rx sensitivity and tx power the range is awesome compared to "stick" type adapters with printed circuit antennas.
