This is a great little boot drive if you can live with the small capacity. It is basically the OS + some windows programs and maybe 1 steam game. I got it with Shogun Total War 2 but I couldn't add it on the SSD cause the game was almost 20 GB :/
Got this drive to be the primary boot drive on my HTPC. This thing boots Ubuntu is ~10seconds and has XBMC running in ~12seconds. Nothing really bad to say about this product at all, as Intel has been at the top of the SSD world for some time.

The drive performs as it should. Windows performance rating gives this drive a score of 7.1 (with 7.9 being the maximum rating for any given component). My previous score was 5.3 with my 7200 RPM Seagate Barracuda on an exact same setup. Furthermore, placing two of these drives in Raid 0 would certainly achieve the maximum rating (go on YouTube to see benchmark videos).
Not much to say other than its fast reliable and able to boot win 7 ult on 12 gb of 2000mhz (oc'd to 2056) in about 8 seconds. IM LOVING IT

Great SSD for running ur OS and some small apps on. Very quick boot times. Looks nice in my case. I do plan to get another one of these in the future and RAID 0 them for even better performance.

Purchased this drive mainly for the low price (bundled deal with a WD Blue 500GB here at NCIX) and apparently the good reviews about the Intel SSD drives. This 40GB value drive does not write as fast as the other SSDs offered by Intel. But the read speed is just as good.
I bought this for use in a laptop, and was looking for energy effiency and no moving parts rather than performance (the performance boost over my old 5400rpm drive was a bonus). This was the most energy efficient drive i could find for the lowest price possible. 40gb was more than enough to hold windows 7 64. The operating system took about 9 GB and was 12gb after installing drivers, office, and some other small things. Start-up to login is now ~ 25s and shutdown is ~ 10s. Battery life on my laptop definitely much better now.
