good quality Black sleeving,comes with all tools need for modding your rig, powersupply,fans, front panel connectors. I needed some sleeving for my new build in the corsair 800D case.
I got this to sleeve 6 fans and the cables from the front of my case. Had everything I needed and more. I still have sleeving left over. The tools were the added touch for me. Just wish they would put a rubber nub on the end of them, they can dig into the palm of your hand if you push too hard. I used tape and all is good now. The bag of cable ties and stick on hooks just added to it. I used them on the back of the motherboard tray to tie some fan wires up, glad I had them.

NCIX did not provide the product spec's (at the time of purchase); had to look up the spec's on their competitors' sites. The problem is that, there is not a set which includes only the sleeving and tubing, without tools. Hence, I cannot say I would purchase this product again as I don't intend to acquire 10 pairs of the same tools - 3 STARS. Sleeving and tubing kit without tools would get 5 STARS.

For me, the needed size was not even enough to cover a quarter of the cables. The larger sizes were completely useless to me because I wanted to seperately sleeve each wire for the 24pin connector. It's nice that they included a bunch of tools for you but it sucks that they didn't give me the length or ammount that I NEEDED.
