The 5850 as a single card is great and if you OC it to 5870 speeds on stock voltage its great! However, in Crossfire X like I have them, it performs merely as good as GTX 460 SLI setup... So go with the GTX 460 SLI setup if you are looking for 2 cards

Bought this card for when Battlefield Bad Company 2 came out for its DirectX 11 capabilities. Not only does it run the game extremely well at max settings, it also runs at a cool temperature. I can touch it with my hand and it doesn't seem warm at all.
great card for the price upgraded from gtx 275 and almost doubled my frame rate! love this card! go ati i will never go back to nvidia after using this video card!

Bought this for a friend's gaming rig. He's been out of the PC game for a while and was shocked at how big these things have gotten. The value of the card isn't great but I would rather put the money in the GPU then the CPU, RAM or motherboard. He's gaming at 1920x1200 and nothing is stopping this thing.

This is a fantastic performing card for the money (pricematch is your friend!). I moved up from a 4870 Radeon and the difference is noticeable. This card is hard to beat when you look at the price to performance ratio. Only problem I had was a glitchy driver (this is a new card, after all) but a patch from ATI released a week after I built my new machine fixed it perfectly. After that the ghosting and tearing problem went away.
Overall very impressed with this card. I have been playing all my games with solid 60 fps with all settings maxed out. The card is running cool and has had no problems so far. Will eventually get another when the price and availability are more reasonable.
