I've been using this wireless router for just over 1 year and I have 0 issues with it. Works great for all the devices I have in the house. The bandwidth monitor is a great way to keep track of how much you are using with all the devices in the house.

Great overall dual band router that is very reliable. I would caution anyone before flashing to the WNDR3800 firmware to find out what version of 3700 you have - v1,v2 or v3 as that hack doesn't work for v1 [at least that is what I have read in researching the 3800 firmware>on a 3700flash, however the upside is that v1 has apparantly got a better internal antenna system FWIW

It's a really nice router for the price. You can even flash it with the WNDR3800 firmware (using the recovery mode) to get the new management interface and some additional features (it's not supported, and will void your warranty).

I have installed the Netgear WNDR3700 in several home and business with access point modules. The network worked very will. I have tested between D-Link and and Cisco home models and the Netgear had better throughput signal.

Well it's been a month and it continues to live up to all the positive press and was a reasonable price relative to the features (after price match). I stayed away from NetGear for a long time after negative experiences with earlier products but they have definitely redeemed themselves. Can't say the same for the TrendNet TEW-652BRP that this replaced. It was an absolute piece of junk that constantly dropped its connection and their support was both unhelpful and really rude.

I bought this router for my apartment because I wanted something fast enough for streaming HD video on to my TV. The range is pretty amazing. There are concrete walls in my apartment and I still get a bar half-way down the hall, and full bars everywhere in my apartment (understandably, it is only 600 sqft). I had no issues setting up. If you want to get a router that will deliver the speeds you need and the range you need then this is the one you want.
