Not a bad drive, especially when it's on sale for $27. It's not the quietest one around but who cares, it's not like you have to constantly listen to it. Does what it does well.

Although the drive is loud, it does what it needs to. I bought it for my first build, which was on a budget. I would have rather spent the money on mobo, ssd, etc than the extra dough on a dvd reader/ writer. But needless to say, I got this one and with the exception of the 'revving' it does it's job well enough!

to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,

handhelds, PDAs, notebook computers, special order computers and

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
