If your MB uses a 6-pin AUX, this is the PS to get. I've had no problems after a year. MB=Gigabyte 8IHXP, P4 3.06GHz, 4x HDs, 2x optical, 1x DLT8000 tape drive, video=Radeon HD4650.
If you need more than 300W, you should consider getting a modern PS and using an adapter cable like this one:

Defective software, video games or DVDs
