3 Cartridge yields are based on continuous printing of a suite of five black and color pages as required by ISO/IEC 24711 and 24712. Actual yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. A variable amount of ink remains in the cartridges after the “replace cartridge” signal. Part of the ink from the first cartridges is used for priming the printer. Ink is used for both printing and print head maintenance. All inks are used for both black and color printing. Very nice printer for the people who wants to print photos without spending your whole wallet. Having the CD/DVD printing feature is always nice, although some people would prefer lightscribe. Just wish the printer can be a bit smaller (less weight would be a plus too), and that the ink cartridges are always expansive.

This is probably the cheapest CD/DVD Label Printer you'll find but quality is good. Epson has been around a long time so already knew it does what it's supposed to before i even bought it. I'll repeat again here that it doesn't come with a USB cord so you'll have to get one. I knew that too but i had a couple lying around already.
as long as your not looking for a multi-funtion, this is a great printer. it really focuses on the print quality. epson did well. if you want the best quality prints for the least amout, go for this guy.
