i bought this in a set with the microsoft standard usb keyboard. its actually not that bad compared to a few other mouse i have used. the shape and feel is pretty decent for both the left and right hand and the size is just right. this mouse is great for gaming or basic use, easy to handle.

Given the fact that I've been using Microsoft's older Basic mice in the past, I figured I would give this newer Basic Optical mouse a shot. It's pretty decent, but it is much smaller than the previous Basic mice. In fact, I would even say that this mouse is borderline a laptop mouse. Nevertheless, it is decently comfortable, though not as much as an ergonomic (right-handed designed) mouse, of course. The buttons give a enough tactile feedback. The scroll wheel is quite nice, and the overall look is good. For the price, it is worth it, but seeing as OCZ's Behemoth and Eclipse are not too far off (when on promotion) I would recommend the latter for enhanced comfort.
