I was quite surprised to see how this case did in terms of noise control. Overall, its an in dept review with focus on how well the case manages to deal with noise.
Overall the Sonata Elite is very close to the Sonata 3. There are some changes in the layout and some new features and they all seem to take the model to the right direction. Sonata is advertised as a quiet case and I think now it can really stand for the marketing speech with its new sound dampenin
The Antec Sonata Elite lives up to its expectations and then some. It is easy to recommend a case that takes so many steps to insuring the customers satisfaction, and a stable choice that will probably remain on top of the silent market for the rest of the year, at least!

So yeah, this thing looks great, is solidly build, and its got those sound-dampening mats they use in the Solo. Like the Solo though, you can't remove the PSU with the motherboard installed - you have to take it out. Also the side vent is stupid - the air comes in and has to past the entire length of the drive cage before getting to the video card, mobo, etc. The side fan is useless - has no effect on temperature, all it does is add noise.
