Great web crasher price. Both sticks made 3 passes with Memtest with no errors. Great buy and highly recommended. Weird speeds at 1000Mhz but buses down to 800Mhz nicely.

I really miss the days of $50-4GB packs. This ram is great ram and works well in a P5Q Pro with a quad. No complaints and would buy again if needed.

2.1v 5-5-5-15 1066mhz with no problems on ausu p5k-e wifi/ap
at 1000mhz audio studdered and framerate in games suffered, I'm not sure what this is but i think it has to do with my motherboard. the crucial ram I had before this did the same thing enless I overclocked it.

I bought this looking to save a little money on DDR2-1066 RAM thinking I could overclock it to match that speed. Turns out that it doesn't like that very much, and crashed regularly. To get the best out of it still requires some work, however; it defaults to DDR2-800 speeds out of the box. Manually setting the speed in BIOS to DDR2-1000 works well, provided you bump the DRAM voltage to the recommended 2.1V (Check the box or CPU-Z). Bottom line, if you don't want to overclock or mess around with settings like that, just buy DDR2-800 RAM.
