overall great heat sink if you don't have the space in your case or you simply don't up your voltages too high (mild voltage increases). It performs great (comparible to the 120, at lower voltages)

installation took a little longer than I expected. You can mount it in two directions, first time around I installed the holding bracket in the wrong way. If you tighten the screws holding down the heat sink. I think you'd bent the socket pins. It's toooooo tight.

I laped this Heat sink right down to the copper core, with out any troble. It keeps my CPU that is a 2.2g running at 3.3g at a good temp. I also lapped the CPU.

It uses a back plate so you have to remove the mobo to install but it's relatively easy compare to some other heatsinks. The thermal paste that comes with it is 'decomposing", very runny and thin but after I squeeze out some more, it becomes dryer. I get 68c load. Not the result I expected, have to try again with better thermal paste.

Mounting was PITA for my board, but well worth the trouble. The Ultima 90 works well and doesn't look like its is about the drag my motherboard out of my case.
