As of May 31, 2003 we have discontinued Price Protection for VIP Members. We will continue to honor Price Protection requests for current VIP members whose membership was purchased before May31, 2003, but all memberships purchased after May 31, 2003 will not eligible for Price Protection.

NCIX.com will cover the cost of shipping back any merchandise only to NCIX.com (for RMA and warranty coverage) that is shipped by Ground service, by the following common carriers: UPS or Purolator. This offer does not cover shipping costs when shipping merchandise to manufacturers, distributors or authorized service depots for warranty service.
